I have found that I have problems connecting with certain people on a very basic level.  I don't understand why you would stick gum on the bottom of a desk once you reach the university level.  I don't understand why you would do damage to someone elses property (intentionally) for ANY reason!  One major thing that I can not wrap my head around is why anyone would throw ANYTHING out of a moving vehicle at a cyclist!!!  Tonight I took my bike out for a spin to test out a patched tube to make sure it was rideable for the morning ride, and while I was out a White Toyota Carolla (or rather the people in it) threw a bottle out of the window to hit me... and it succeeded... luckily I wasn't injured and it was an empty plastic bottle... but WHY!!!!  PLEASE TELL ME WHY!!!!

It is official, Corpus Christi is the worst place to cycle ever.  We have bike lanes on the major roads, however they generally have glass in them.  People don't pay attention to you, I almost got t-boned by a car going 45+ mph at a light where it was green for me.  People are just down right angry at bicyclists, someone honked at me today because I wasn't in the bike lane... unfortunately I had to turn left, which requires me to be in the left lane... thank you for being considerate mr driver... maybe next time you should get out and talk to me instead of honking and mouthing words through your window.  I'm going to avoid roads without bike lanes, because I was on one of the more secluded roads a while ago and almost got hit by a boat... it was being towed by a truck, and they didn't feel the need to switch lanes to pass me... asses!
